Refund Policy

Everything sold on techspec.cc is a digital download. Contact: admin@sceau.cc.

Single files and server passes

Because files are delivered immediately, completed downloads are not refundable. If you paid and the file did not arrive or is broken, write to us within 14 days with the file name and your payment reference (Stripe receipt or transaction hash) and we will re-deliver it or refund you.

Memberships

Memberships can be cancelled at any time from your account page and stay active until the end of the period already paid. Partial periods are not refunded, except where required by law.

How refunds are paid

Card payments are refunded to the original card through Stripe. USDC payments are returned to the paying wallet on the Base network.

Returns

There are no physical goods, so there is nothing to return.
