Terms of Service

techspec.cc is operated by SCEAU Corp., Ltd. (Canada). These terms cover memberships, single-file downloads and server passes bought on the site or through software agents. Questions: admin@sceau.cc.

What you buy

Memberships (standard, server, associate) are recurring subscriptions billed through Stripe until cancelled. The server tier gives access to the server directory of downloadable files.

Single files are one-time purchases of one download from the archive, priced per file.

Server passes are one-time purchases giving 30 or 365 days of download access to every file offered for single sale. They do not renew.

Payment

Prices are in US dollars. Payment is by card through Stripe, or in USDC on the Base network. Purchases made by an AI agent on your behalf are treated as purchases made by you.

Use of files

Files are scans and references kept for research, education and design reference. They are for personal use. Do not resell or redistribute them. Rights in the underlying material remain with their original owners; if you hold rights to something in the archive and want it removed, write to the address above.

Availability

Files are stored on Arweave and served through files.techspec.cc. We aim to keep every listed file available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page applies to purchases made while it is posted.
