Betty Goodwin — Vest Two, 1970 betty-goodwin-vest-two-1970 Vest Two (1970) is a soft ground etching by Montreal artist Betty Goodwin, part of her landmark Vests series (1968–1971). Pressing an actual man's vest into the printing plate, Goodwin recorded the garment's texture and wear as a ghostly imprint — treating clothing as evidence of an absent body.
