Salomon Women’s Trail Running Autumn/Winter 2026
Salomon SOLUS Autumn/Winter 2026 was developed with guest designer Jeremy Karl around REFORM: rebuilding trail-running apparel through structural geometry, functional interaction, and a low-saturation palette drawn from terrain and changing outdoor light. The women’s range moves through white, black, violet, and pale blue shells, fitted shorts, skorts, and close-fitting performance layers.
The collection introduces five RE:SYSTEM functions. RE-ADJUST uses a self-locking woven hook-and-loop cord for one-handed waistband adjustment while moving; RE-EXTENSION gives a jacket an expandable back that can cover a hydration vest and contract again when the vest is removed; RE-CUFF converts glove cuffs between full coverage and half-finger wear; RE-HOOD follows the head closely; and RE-CARGO is designed for rapid integrated storage.
The studio sequence shows those ideas as wearable systems rather than decoration: close hoods and glove interfaces, layered shell pockets, fitted lower-body pieces, and compact storage placed for access on the move.

The Spring / Summer 27 collection was presented under the narrow yellow spectrum of low-pressure sodium light. Bodies and garments were engulfed in a near-monochromatic atmosphere, an interpretation of a black and white sunset. Colours became perceptible only when struck by full spectrum light, momentarily revealing their true tones. The cast travelled around a physical interpretation of a deconstructed Möbius strip. cc: J.L - A.L _ _

Muscle Suits, The Cell designed by Eiko Ishioka
They were called the “muscle suits” in The Cell. Eiko Ishioka designed them to resemble exposed musculature, turning the body into a surreal anatomical armor that fit the film’s psychological and dreamlike visuals.

Jun Takahashi framed Undercover Autumn/Winter 2014 around fear, warmth and royalty. Braided crowns and rhinestones were offset by vamp-red contact lenses, red mascara, tartan and toile de Jouy interrupted by UFOs, turning the runway into a corrupted fairytale.

Instrument designed and built in collaboration with members of the Interrogative Design Group, Center for Advanced Visual Studies, MIT: Adam Whiton, Sung Ho Kim, Jerzy Stypułkowski; Japanese team: Mari Ishiko with a group of school psychologists.
Dis-Armor is a psycho-cultural prosthetic device designed as a communications tool for school students. It was directly inspired by the artist’s meeting with alienated, sociopathic Japanese youngsters. The project’s title serves as a reference to the need for “disarming” – for young people encased in a carapace of silence to open up. Resembling a protective suit, the Dis-Armor combines modern technology with Japanese cultural traditions; its overall aesthetic and individual elements were inspired by antique samurai armor. The device features two mini cameras that film the eyes and send the image to two small-size screens at the user’s back. Young people who otherwise avoid direct contact with others can communicate by “looking and speaking with their backs.” Three versions of Dis-Armor were made: a blue one (the earliest); a gold one with an added camera to play back prerecorded statements, with sound-image synchronization, and the option to switch between playback and live broadcasting; and a third one, equipped with a back camera and a small LCD screen replacing the earlier rearview mirror.

The house codes are still there, but drained of announcement. Long coats, sleeveless shells, leather sleeves, flat boots, gloves, cashmere, grey wool, tobacco brown, black. Luxury held like a tool, not a trophy.
It is almost hostile in how little it performs. Monastic, office-punk, weatherproof, expensive without asking to be seen. A wardrobe for people who know exactly what they are looking at.

N.Hoolywood Autumn/Winter 2010–11 — Farewell to Tokyo
N.Hoolywood’s Autumn/Winter 2010–11 collection was Daisuke Obana’s final Tokyo presentation before moving the brand’s runway shows to New York. Built around the Vietnam War, the collection works through olive field uniforms, cargo trousers, utility vests, berets, combat boots, camouflage, padded outerwear, and oversized packs, while later looks shift toward distressed denim and countercultural styling. This Techspec edit preserves the 41 supplied runway images in their original numbered order.
